Products

Do you sell original products?

Yes, we sell original products. The products we offer in our e-shop come from leading pharmaceutical companies specializing in the production of generic drugs. This allows us to guarantee their origin, as well as perfect quality and safety.

What are Generics?

For drugs such as Viagra, the patent protection period has expired, allowing other pharmaceutical companies to manufacture drugs with the same active ingredients. Are the products equally effective for all users?

This is a very individual question.The effectiveness of the products may not be the same for all users. There are different types of active ingredients, and each person needs to determine which product suits them best.

Will the products be delivered discreetly?

Yes, we ship orders in opaque, discreetly packaged "security envelopes" without any labelling of the e-shop. This means that the contents of the order cannot be identified. The discretion of our customers is our top priority.

Can I take erectile dysfunction medications if I have any health problems?

If you have any health issues, it is necessary to consult your doctor before taking these medications or at least read the package insert and information on the website. The list of restrictions can be found by each product.

Why does the product look different from the photo?

Manufacturers often innovate their products. Although we strive to constantly update our website, it may happen that an outdated photo appears for an innovated product. However, the effect of the product does not change with the change in appearance.

Can I trust your e-shop?

The trust of our customers is very important to us. We comply with all legal regulations related to online commerce. Shopping in our store is safe, convenient, fast, and affordable.

How to place an order?

All orders must be placed via our website. It is not possible to order by e-mail.

It is very easy!

1. First choose the product and quantity you wish to buy. In the detailed view of each product, you will find the ‘Select’ button, which allows you to add the item to your virtual shopping cart.

2. Then you can continue with your purchase or go to the shopping cart, where you have to enter all the necessary informations: delivery address, payment method and shipping method, etc. Don't forget to select a free product :). 

3. See if you have filled in everything correctly, accept the general terms and conditions and complete your order by clicking on ‘Place a binding order’.

I changed my mind, is it possible to cancel my order?

Yes, it is possible to cancel an unshipped order. To cancel, please use our Contact form. As subject select ‘Order cancellation’ and specify the order number. Unpaid orders can also be easily cancelled in the order details on the website.

If the order has already been paid for and the order has been successfully cancelled, the amount paid will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.

Once shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, after submitting your order, we will send you a confirmation email with payment details.

What if I didn't receive the confirmation email?

Every email with an order confirmation is automatically sent from the address [email protected]. If you cannot find it in your Inbox, it may have ended up in your Spam, Junk, Deleted, or Archive folders. 

Some email domains categorize mail into different folders, such as Social Networks or Promotions, so please check those folders as well. If you cannot find the email in any of the mentioned folders, please contact us through our contact form.

We have noticed issues with delivering transactional emails to addresses ending with t-online.de, web.de, kabelmail.de, yahoo, libero. To ensure that you receive our emails and always have up-to-date information about the status of your order, we recommend using a different email address for your order. You can also help ensure the smooth delivery of our emails by adding our address, [email protected], to your email address book.

Payment

How can I pay for the goods?

In our e-shop, we usually offer our customers two payment options: bank transfer (SEPA payment) or Bitcoin.

For shipments to Greece and Italy, it is also possible to choose cash on delivery with an additional fee of €5, provided that the order value is at least €29 and the delivery is to a private address.

What is a SEPA transfer, and how does it work?

SEPA transfer (some banks also use the term international payment) is a payment method used in every online banking system for money transfers within the European Union. After completing your order, the payment details will be displayed, which you enter in your online banking system. The fee for SEPA payment is the same as for payments within your country (e.g., if you pay €0.10 for a payment in Germany, the SEPA payment will cost the same - €0.10, nothing more). SEPA transfers usually take 1 to 3 business days.

I don't know how to make a SEPA payment. What should I do?

In your online banking, it is necessary to select the SEPA transfer type. Then, enter the required payment details, which you will receive after placing your order. If you are unsure how to make a SEPA payment in your online banking, please contact your bank's customer service.

How long does a bank transfer take?

Usually, a payment made by bank transfer is credited to our account within 1 to 3 business days.

How to pay with Bitcoin?

Is it possible to pay cash on delivery for the order?

Cash on delivery is only available for shipments to Italy or Greece, with an additional fee of €5. The order must have a minimum value of €29, and delivery must be to a private address.

Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We start processing your order after the payment has been credited to our account. In the case of a bank transfer, it may take 1 to 3 business days, while Bitcoin payment usually takes a few hours from the time of payment. Afterward, we will hand it over to the carrier, and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Orders are shipped after payment is received, usually within 24 hours on working days (Mon-Fri). Delivery times vary depending on the chosen destination. You can find the estimated delivery times for different parts of the EU on the Shipping and Payment page.

During holiday periods or exceptional situations in specific destinations, delivery times may vary.

Will I receive an email with the tracking number of my shipment?

Yes, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your shipment after we hand over your order to the carrier.

How will I know when my order has been handed over to the carrier?

Once we process and hand over your order to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment. For information about your shipment, please track it using the provided tracking number.

Is it possible to have the package sent to a post office or a parcel pick-up point?

In some destinations, it is possible to choose a pickup point for the delivery of your shipments. If this option is available in your country, it will be presented in your cart after you have entered your address.

Which countries do you deliver your products to?

Our products are delivered to all EU countries.

Does the shipment go through customs inspection?

All products are shipped within EU countries, so they are not subject to any customs procedures. Therefore, your order will be delivered directly to you without customs inspection.

Returns

What should I do if the goods have not been delivered to me?

If the tracking information shows that the goods should have already been delivered, but you have not received anything, or if the shipment has been returned to the sender, please contact us using the contact form

If you see in the tracking that the shipment has been picked up by the carrier but has not yet been delivered, please contact the relevant shipping service. 

What should I do if I received a different product than the one I ordered? 

If you have received a different product than the one you ordered, please contact us using the contact form and we will take care of it.  Don't forget to take a photo of the products you receive and the packaging they were delivered in.
