Active ingredients

The active ingredient dapoxetine belongs to the class of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and helps prolong the duration of sexual intercourse.

Dosage and Administration

The usual recommended single dose is half a tablet, i.e., 100 mg once daily. If the desired effect is not achieved, the dose can be increased to one whole tablet (take the second half of the tablet). Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 200 mg (1 tablet).

Extra Super P-Force should be taken 30-60 minutes before sexual intercourse, and its effect can last for 4-6 hours. Extra Super P-Force is not an aphrodisiac. Sexual stimulation is necessary to achieve the intended effect.

Contraindications

You must not take Extra Super P-Force 200 mg if:

• you have recently had a stroke, heart attack, or if you have low or high blood pressure
• you take nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), nitric oxide donors (such as amyl nitrite)
• you take medications for angina pectoris (such as Nitrates or Nitric Oxide)
• you have another serious heart condition, you have moderate or severe liver or kidney impairment
• you have a rare eye disorder (such as retinitis pigmentosa) or you have experienced vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION)
• you take riociguat (for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension)
• you have bipolar disorder
• you have seizures
• you have psychosis
• you take protease inhibitors for the treatment of AIDS or HIV infection
• you already take another medication for erectile dysfunction.

Warning

Consult your doctor before starting to take medications containing sildenafil and/or dapoxetine if you have experienced:

• heart problems
• Peyronie's disease or any other deformity of the penis
• ulcer disease or bleeding disorders (such as hemophilia)
• intolerance to certain sugars (such as lactose)
• sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma

The concurrent use of Extra Super P-Force with any other medications, whether prescription or over-the-counter, requires approval from your treating doctor, especially if you are taking Erythromycin, Cimetidine, or Ketoconazole.

Possible side effects of the medication

During the use of medications based on sildenafil and dapoxetine, side effects may occur. They are usually mild and of short duration. The most commonly reported side effects include headache, nausea, gastrointestinal discomfort, facial flushing, hot flashes, visual disturbances (blurred vision or so-called blue vision), stuffy nose, dry mouth, and dizziness.

Important warning

If you experience sudden deterioration of vision, worsening of hearing, blood in urine, cloudy urine, or an erection lasting longer than 4 hours, especially if it is not caused by sexual stimulation and is accompanied by pain, seek medical help immediately.
