Vidalista 40 mg is a generic version of Cialis - a full substitute for Cialis, a well-known medication used to treat erectile dysfunction in men. This medication contains 40 mg of the active ingredient tadalafil.

Active Ingredient

Dosage and Administration

Contraindications 

Do not take Vidalista if you:

• are allergic to tadalafil or any other component of this medication
• have recently experienced a cerebrovascular accident (stroke), heart attack, or if you have low or high blood pressure
• take nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) or nitric oxide-releasing medications (such as isoamyl nitrite)
• use medications for angina pectoris (such as nitrates or nitric oxide donors).
• have a severe heart or liver disorder
• have a rare retinal disorder (such as retinitis pigmentosa) or experience vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION)
• take riociguat (for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension)
• take alpha-blockers used for high blood pressure or to treat urinary symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia
• take protease inhibitors for the treatment of AIDS or HIV infection
• already take another medication for erectile dysfunction.

Warning

Consult your doctor before starting any medications containing tadalafil if you have experienced:

• heart problems
• Peyronie's disease or any other penile deformity
• ulcer disease or bleeding issues (such as hemophilia)
• intolerance to certain sugars (e.g., lactose)
• sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma

For patients with severe kidney dysfunction, the maximum recommended dose is 10 mg.

Concurrent use of Vidalista 40 with other medications requires approval from your treating physician, especially if you are taking ritonavir, saquinavir, ketoconazole, itraconazole, or erythromycin.

Possible Side Effects of the Medication

During the use of tadalafil-based medications, side effects may occur. They are usually mild to moderate in nature and often have a short duration. The most commonly reported side effects include headache, nausea, digestive difficulties, facial flushing, hot flashes, vision disturbances (blurred vision or so-called blue vision), memory problems, nasal congestion, and dizziness.

Important Warning

If you experience sudden deterioration of vision, hearing impairment, blood in urine, cloudy urine, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours, particularly if it is not caused by sexual stimulation and is accompanied by pain, seek medical assistance immediately.

Storage
