Active Ingredient

Dosage and Administration

The usual initial single dose of sildenafil is 50 mg. Depending on the need and tolerability, it can be reduced to 25 mg or increased to a maximum of 100 mg in a single dose once daily. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 100 mg.

Kamagra 100 mg comes in the form of traditional tablets and should be taken 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Its effect lasts 4–6 hours.

Kamagra Oral Jelly is an oral gel with a pleasant fruity flavour and does not require water like tablets. It begins to take effect within 10–15 minutes, and its effect lasts 4–6 hours.

Kingmaster is a lozenge with a menthol flavour. It is almost twice as effective compared to regular tablets because more of the active ingredient enters the bloodstream through the mouth and throat mucous membranes, bypassing the stomach, where some of the ingredient is destroyed by stomach acids. As a result, Kingmaster provides a stronger and longer-lasting effect. Kingmaster should be taken 10–30 minutes before sexual activity, and its effect lasts up to 12 hours.

Contraindications

Warning

• intolerance to some sugars (such as lactose)
• sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma
• HIV (especially when treated with protease inhibitors)

Current use of products with sildenafil with other medications requires approval from your treating physician, especially if you are taking erythromycin, cimetidine, or ketoconazole.

Vidalista 20 mg tablets should be taken whole, not chewed, and swallowed with a small amount of water. One sachet of Apcalis Oral Jelly also contains 20 mg of tadalafil. It is very easy to use: you squeeze the contents of the sachet directly into your mouth, all without the need for water.

Vidalista 20 should be taken 30–60 minutes before sexual activity, while Apcalis Oral Jelly 20 mg should be taken 10–15 minutes before sexual activity. Their effect lasts up to 36 hours.

For patients with severe kidney dysfunction, the maximum recommended dose is 10 mg.
