Shipping options
In each country, we use local delivery partners. Below you will find a list of countries and the estimated delivery time.

We do not deliver to the Great Britain, USA, Canada, or South America.
After the package is handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be generated, which you can use to track your shipment. This number and the tracking link will be sent to you via email. Sometimes the email may end up in your spam folder, so please check your spam folder.
If you do not receive the email with the tracking number, please contact us, and we will resend it to you.
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery. If your purchase exceeds 100 €, shipping is free.

Delivery to pick-up points
In some destinations, it is possible to choose a pickup point for the delivery of your shipments. If this option is available in your country, it will be presented in your cart after you have entered your address.
Countries where delivery to pick-up points is possible:
- Italy: In case the order is paid in advance, the package can be picked up at one of the Fermopoints. You can find a list of available pick-up points after selecting this delivery option in the cart. To locate one, you need to enter your city. If no pick-up point appears, it means there is none available in your area. Delivery to a pick-up point is not possible for cash on delivery orders.
- France: You can find a list of available pick-up points after selecting this delivery option in the cart. Simply enter your city, and if no pick-up point appears, it means there are none available in your area.
Payment options
Bank transfer (free)
SEPA payment is a standard method in every online banking system, used for money transfers within the European Union. After completing your order, you will see the bank details that you will enter into your online banking system. The transfer usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
No additional fees are charged for bank transfers.
Bitcoin (BTC) - online (free)
This is a secure payment with cryptocurrencies. It is a modern, anonymous option to quickly pay for your order. After completing your order, you will see the conversion of the amount to BTC value and the wallet address where you should send the BTC.
No additional fees are charged for BTC payments.

Cash on delivery
In some countries, there is an option to pay for the shipment in cash - Italy and Greece. The price for the service is 5 €. The carrier will contact you when delivering the package. Please have the cash ready for payment upon delivery.
