It is rare for delivered products to be defective. However, if this happens, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly and ensure your satisfaction.
In the case of missing, damaged, incorrect, or expired products, please take photos of all received items as well as the packaging in which they were delivered, ensuring that the label with the sender’s details is clearly visible. This will allow us to quickly assess the issue and find the best solution. Without the provided photos, we will not be able to process the claim.

Returning Merchandise
If you wish to return a product, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days from the delivery date. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days.
