Kingmaster is a lozenge with a menthol flavour. Each lozenge contains 100 mg of the active ingredient sildenafil.

Kingmaster has nearly double the effectiveness compared to regular tablets. Through the mucous membranes in the mouth and throat, significantly more of the active ingredient enters the bloodstream than through the stomach, where a portion is destroyed by aggressive gastric juices. That's why Kingmaster provides a stronger and longer-lasting effect than traditional tablets.

Another significant advantage is increased resistance to alcohol and fatty foods, as well as fewer side effects compared to other products containing sildenafil.

Active Ingredient

The active ingredient sildenafil citrate (for more information about the active ingredient, see the article on Sildenafil) significantly promotes blood circulation to the penis and thus helping to achieve a firm, high-quality, and long-lasting erection for successful sexual intercourse.

Dosage and Administration

The usual initial single dose is 50 mg. Depending on the need and tolerability, it can be reduced to 25 mg or increased to a maximum of 100 mg in a single dose once daily. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 100 mg.

Kingmaster should be taken 10-30 minutes before sexual intercourse and its effect lasts up to 12 hours. Kingmaster is not an aphrodisiac. Sexual stimulation is necessary to achieve the effect.

It is not advisable to combine Kingmaster with alcohol, fatty foods, grapefruit, or grapefruit juice. In comparison to other products containing sildenafil, Kingmaster has increased resistance to alcohol and fatty foods.

Contraindications

You must not take Kingmaster if you:

• are allergic to sildenafil or any other component of this product
• have recently had a stroke, heart attack, or have low or high blood pressure
• take nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate), nitric oxide-releasing drugs (such as isoamyl nitrite)
• take medication for angina pectoris (such as nitrates or nitric oxide donors)
• suffer from another serious heart or liver condition
• have a rare retinal disorder (such as retinitis pigmentosa) or have vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION)
• take riociguat (used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension)
• already take another medication for erectile dysfunction

Warning:

Consult your doctor before starting to take medications containing sildenafil if you have:

• heart problems
• Peyronie's disease or another penis deformity
• ulcer disease or bleeding problems (such as hemophilia)
• intolerance to some sugars (such as lactose)
• sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma
• HIV (especially when treated with protease inhibitors)

Current use of Kingmaster 100 mg with other medications requires approval from your treating physician, especially if you are taking Erythromycin, Cimetidine, or Ketoconazole, or protease inhibitors (ritonavir, saquinavir).

If you have a liver or kidney disorder, inform your doctor about this fact. They will assess whether dosage adjustment is necessary. The usual initial dose in such cases is 25 mg per day.

Possible side effects of the medication

During the use of sildenafil-based medications, side effects may occur. They are usually mild and short-lived. The most commonly occurring side effects include headache, nausea, digestive problems, facial flushing, hot flashes, vision disturbances (blurred or "blue" vision), stuffy nose, and dizziness.

Important notice

If you experience a sudden worsening of vision or hearing, blood in urine, cloudy urine, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours, particularly if it is not caused by sexual stimulation and is accompanied by pain, seek immediate medical attention.

Also seek medical attention immediately for any unusual reactions or sudden worsening of your health in connection with the use of the medication. And if common side effects persist for an extended period.

Storage
