How to Make an International SEPA Payment Through Revolut?

To make a SEPA payment through Revolut, you must be registered and have the Revolut app downloaded on your mobile (see the "How to Register" section for more information). Of course, you must have sufficient funds available in the app.

1. Open the Revolut app on your mobile.
2. On the main screen, tap "Accounts" > "Transfers" (the button with two arrows at the bottom of the screen) → "+ New" → "Add a Bank Recipient." You will be asked to add the bank transfer details – select "For a Business."
3. After adding the recipient (the company name can be found in the confirmation email for order receipt), tap on it, select the currency you want to send the payment in, and enter the amount. Under the currency, you can choose from which balance you want to send the amount. Use your order number as a reference.
4. After adding the amount and currency, tap "Continue," check the transfer details and the estimated time of credit to the target account.
5. Tap the "Send" button.
6. After completing the transfer, you can download a transfer confirmation, which serves as proof of payment receipt. The .pdf file contains all the details of your transfer and a unique external reference that the recipient's bank can use to trace the funds.

How to Send Money to Revolut?

You can send money to a Revolut account in three ways:

1. Top-up via Card – This option is practically instant and free.
2. Apple Pay or Google Pay
3. Classic Bank Transfer – This transaction takes 3–5 days and is a standard SEPA payment.

Steps:
On the home screen after logging into the app, click the blue "+ Add Money" button under the current account balance. You already entered your card details during the initial top-up during registration. Simply enter the amount in EUR and confirm your deposit by clicking "Add Money Securely."

To pay via Apple Pay or Google Pay, change the payment method to Apple Pay/Google Pay when entering the amount.

If you want to send money to Revolut via bank transfer, follow the same procedure as for card top-up, i.e., on the home screen after logging into the app, click the blue "+ Add Money" button under the current account balance. Under the amount, change the payment method to "Regular Bank Transfer."

You will then see the details of your Revolut account for sending money – IBAN and BIC/SWIFT.
